On Saturday, March , , the running of the Azalea Trail Run (ATR), one of the premier 10K road races in the United States, will take place in downtown Mobile. We are expecting over 10,000 runners, walkers, wheelchair athletes, family, friends and spectators to join us for two days of family friendly fun.

All events associated with the race, including registration and packet pick up, the ATR Health and Fitness Expo, Kids Day in the Civic Center, and the post race party and awards ceremony, will be held in the Mobile Civic Center Arena and surrounding areas. Map

FREE parking will be available at the Civic Center parking lot for all Friday and Saturday events.

Expo Schedule:
Fri. March
6:30 AM - 11:30 AMVendors have access to Main Arena for booth set-up - all vehicles must be off the floor by 11:30 AM
12:00 PM - 9:00 PMHealth and Fitness Expo open to the public
Sat. March
6:00 AM - 2:00 PMHealth and Fitness Expo and Post-Race Party

Vendors (Merchandise and Medical)

Merchandise and Medical vendors are welcome to participate in the ATR Health and Fitness Expo.

Booth rental fees are outlined below.

Electricity:$ 25 / booth
Extra Tables:$ 10 each
Phones:$110 each

Furnishings: 8 foot tall rear curtain(s) and 3 foot side curtains. One table & two chairs per single 10 X 10 booth.

Booth Set-up Hours: Friday 6:30 AM thru 11:30 AM

Expo Hours: Friday 12:00 Noon thru 9:00 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM thru 2:00 PM

Admission: No admission will be charged to the public.

Security: The ATR Expo Committee will provide 24 hour security service and will make every reasonable effort to insure the safety of your merchandise. However, the ATR Expo Committee cannot be held responsible for the damage, theft or destruction of any merchandise and does not insure against same.

Please submit a completed vendor application and payment by March , . Space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to satisfy your booth space request but it is imperative that we know of your intentions to participate in the Expo as soon as possible.
