Yeah, my swim sucked, I had a terrible bike, and I blew outone of my shoes 2 miles into the 4 mile run, yet still managed to do what? Hey, how bout ya big dog. It's time to up the tempo. This reminds me of a joke about how Indians got there names. I really degressed! It seems we all did good, but we all need some tuning, and fine adjustments.
