I'm not making excuses because a foursome of high school girls beat us. It's just that the Bombers are distance runners not sprinters. And so what if the ALL male Spiridon team came in second place and beat us too. All in all, 1:01 for a team that had never passed a baton was not bad. Hopefully, on July 19 we the Bombers will redeem ourselves. We are really better suited for the 4x400 race. Congrats to everyone that participated.
