I tried to post this earlier but there was a server problem.
Frank was one of the many, many people in the running community that I know by face but do not know a name. Part of that is age and the inability to remember names. Peggy can recognize the names and sometimes not the faces due to her registration and results duties! Thank you for posting as it put a name with a face for me and probably some others.
