How'd you do at the Gulf Shores race Sat? I'm still shocked that I was there at the beach with a girlfriend who knew about the race (thanks to Susie McDonald----hi Susie! Thanks for asking about me!), but my friend didn't tell me about it because she knew we'd have to get up way earlier than she wanted to, to get down there in time to register. Plus, my head might've fallen off at a water station.
Anyway, how was it, and who'd you smoke? We saw a certain Spiridon runner wander through the Hang Out along about lunchtime, feeling noooooo pain!
