Hey, CaveBoy: Most of the best coaches I know ARE CHICKS. Are you sure you're getting enough carbs? I only ask because a person's brain is fueled by liver glycogen---carbs---and I'm worried that you seem to be running low. Here's a helpful idea: Why don't you go check yourself? 8 )
