Certification maps are to give detail of the race course. I omit a lot of information. I try to make it clear enough for the people setting up the course. The street names are correct on the map.

As for the G&H course:
Notice the arrow at the Dauphin/Royal intersection. Runners go Church Royal St Francis Lawrence Dauphin Royal Canal Washington Church. No Government Street. This course is eerily similar to the Crime Prevention course. Guns? Crime?
