Keith Cooper will be the guest for the show. He is the race director for the annual Sandman 5K Run/Walk to be held Saturday, October 25, at 8:00 AM at Lulu's Restaurant in Gulf Shores, AL. He will discuss the event. There will also be a One Mile Fun Run; runners, walkers, racewalkers welcome.
