Hey for those of you who have not heard the Bay Area Runners had donated the Joe Cain proceeds to the Special Olympics of Baldwin County and the Westside Challengers League baseball team. Tomorrow morning the Challengers League players are having a game at 9 in the morning at Westside park. The BAR is going to attend there game tomorrow and I would like to invite any and all of you to come join us watch these athelets, they are awesome. SO, after your morning run and coffee, come on out and cheers these players on.
