I've been suffering from a variety of aliments and have been in seclusion... small tear of abdomen and curious knee injury among the most notable... my job has changed alot as well causing me to train infrequently (30 min about twice/wk) and at odd hours (3 am, noon)... saved myself for the Kentucky Derby Half Marathon this past weekend... went 1:32.19 about 6 minutes slower than last year, but it was 80 degrees at the 7:30 am start so i will take it... my knee buckled at the 6 mile mark and i thought they were going to put me down like a race horse when we ran through churchhill downs! getting another knee check tuesday, but it doesn't look good... we'll see though... maybe you guys will see me for the "do it in the bush 5K" (i promise i wont pass out this time!) glad you guys have been doin good (i been checking the results!!!)
