We are glad to be back. Montgomery served its purpose for us, but it's great to be home.

I can't wait to get back in shape and hopefully starting seeing all of you at the road races.

I am going to try and join in more of the group runs as I get to where I can run more. I ran 5 miles last night and feel like I have rocks in my legs today.
