Great hearing from you guys.
Hey i tried running barefoot three times over the last week, just about the first 20 minutes of each run. It felt great. I am sore in places I have never been sore before but it is a good kind of sore not a bad kind of sore. I am going to keep doing it maybe just a couple of runs a week to keep the foot muscles strong.
