Good job Bobby! It sounds like you are dedicated and determined. Be careful to not do too much too soon. I would not worry about mileage as much as I would time running. It sounds like your running 20 minutes a day. That is good. I would continute to do that for a while and your distance traveled in that time will increase slightly as you get more fit. When that 20 minutes is easy to you then add five minutes to a couple of your weekly runs and gradualy build up to 30 minutes a day several days a week. Just take it slow. Are you in south Mobile county? If so you could run with the Blue Bell Bombers near Blue Bell Ice Cream off of Rangeline Rd. We run Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and Sunday 6 AM (10 miles).
