Hi Mo, when I first read Jon's comments to the new runner, I thought it was somewhat tongue-in-cheek, and as as a Bomber, I became defensive. Then I thought about Jon at the Hurricane Run, the rain pouring down, absolutely the worse conditons, and there he was, dragging around all of his equipment and steadily announcing all who crossed the finish line. So, he must be a pretty good guy!! But, I have to say, I hope the new runner does come out to Blue Bell and join the group. We have runners doing tempo, intervals, long runs, short runs, and as an injured runner trying to get back in the groove, there is always someone there that will run with you, and no matter how many times you have to stop, you will never be left alone.
