There are some groups that meet by the University of South Alabama track team/intramural field that you might like to hang with....

4:15-5:15 – Road Rage Cross Country, USA Inter-Mural Fields, www.roadragecrosscountry.webs.com

Road Rage is a kids group primarily but there are adults there as well.

According to what I have the Cottage Hill runners meet at USA track on Tuesday @ 6:30 pm and at Cottage Hill Park several days of the week.

Going to USA is a good place to meet up w/ runners of various abilities.
