Just a reminder, the Joe Cain 5K is fast approaching, March the 6th. Not only is this a great race and the post race is even better, the best part is that the monies raised go to CHALLENGED ATHELETES. If you cannot find a registration form at you regular outlets please let me know and I will get you one, they are also available on the Bay Area Runners link here on the Pacers site.
