We had a really nice turnout last night for the Port City Pacers' Health Seminar. Many thanks to Lynn Barnes and Dr. Suanne White-Spunner for speaking to us. Also thanks to Will Wright and everyone who helped organize the event. It's so nice to see everyone in clean clothes! =)
