Hey, it is that time, after you run the B.O.M.B. go ice your legs, and get ready for the Joe Cain Classic 5k. As in years past our funds go to Challenged Atheletes, but the party and memories are yours!

This year again we have some awesome door prizes make sure you check the DOOR PRIZE door to see if you won. WE WILL NOT be calling numbers at the post race we will take care of that during the run (or shortly afterwards) anyway the names will be posted.
