Here is a picture of Wayne crossing the finish line for reference in case anyone is not familar with who Wayne Joseph is.. In my opinion the group at Fireman's Hill should have a very clear memory of him because at that pace he would have been between the 5th ==> 10th (including relay people) person to pass that station..
