I had a question regarding ATR registration that I'm hoping someone can help me with...I work at Dawes Intermediate School and we are signing kids up for the race. On the school registration info, it says you can turn in race apps on March 15th and pick up race packets at the Port City Pacer Office. Because this date is passed the deadline on the ATR application, would we have to pay a late fee because it's not postmarked by the 3rd?
