The event starts at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
A portion of the proceeds benefit local children's charities in Florida and Alabama as well as the Leukemia Lymphoma Society Team in Training.
Triathletes can register online until 9 a.m. Friday.

For those who want to run with the crowd in a non-competitive event, the Color Me Rad 5K is set for Saturday at the Greater Gulf State Fairgrounds in Mobile. The first wave starts at 9 a.m. followed by waves at 9:20, 9:40 and 10.
The event is untimed, and participants may run or walk. Along the way, they pass stations manned by members of the Color Bomb Squad, who unload a barrage of powered and liquid color onto the field.
Every runner gets a pair of sunglasses to avoid getting color in the eyes. The color is made of FDA-approved cornstarch.
About every 15 minutes at the finish line, a color explosion is held with finishers tossing their color bombs - a packet of colored powder -- into the air. Each participant receives one color bomb, but more may be purchased.
Organizers said a portion of the race proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House of Mobile.
Packet pickup is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Ashbury Hotel at 600 Interstate 65 Service Road South in Mobile. Runners can register online through Wednesday and at packet pickup as long as openings remain.
