“RUN FOR TERROD”
5K Run/Walk JUNE 1st, 2013
PURPOSE: Proceeds benefit Terrod and Nikki Jackson.
LOCATION: 5k Run/Walk will be held Kamper Park starting at the large pavilion. (Pavillion 4)
The 5k Run/Walk begins at 6:30 pm. Day of race registration and shirt pick up begins at 5:30 pm.
PRE-REGISTRATION: Pre-registration forms and money (cash or check) can be mailed to the

MAKE CHECKS payable to “Run for Terrod”. Mail-in forms must be post marked by May 23, 2013 for
guaranteed t-shirts. Late registration begins at 5:30 pm at Kemper Park on the afternoon of the race (June 1, 2013).
REGISTRATION FEES (non-refundable): 5K Run/Walk- $10 pre-registration; $20 pre-registration with t-shirt.
Late registration 5K Run/Walk- $15 day of race fee registration (no t-shirts available day of race, however, you may
order for $10). DONATIONS WELCOME.
