I'll chime in. I'm actually in George County.
I run my maintenance runs Tuesdays and Thursdays on the 5K course around Mary G. Montgomery High School in Semmes on the way to work starting around 5:45AM.
Long runs are Saturdays, can't really do Sundays, I vary where I do them though typically over in George county. Could do laps at MGM though.
Training for the Talladega half in September and the Disney marathon in January. Pacing is similar though I'd like to do the marathon in 4:30 or less.
I'm actually planning to run the half distance this Saturday, for what it's worth. All the runners I know are either just starting (C25K) or have completed Ironmans and are way too fast for me.
