The Saraland Harvest Festival 8K and 5K will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday at Amelia Park in Saraland. There's also a 1-mile fun run.
The event benefits the North Mobile YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.
Runners can register at McCoy Outdoor and Run-N-Tri in Mobile and Running Wild in Fairhope until noon Thursday or online until midnight Thursday. Race-day registration will be held from 6:30 to 7:35 a.m. at Amelia Park.
The postrace party will feature food, beverages and door prizes.
The Dauphin Island Sunset Bridge 5K Run will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo site.
Organized by the South Mobile County Tourism Authority, the event benefits Dauphin Island and the villages of south Mobile County.
