Hi. I live in Saraland, and I'm looking for groups or individuals who may run the roads up that way. Most of my miles are treadmill miles at the Saraland YMCA. It would be nice to run some occasional Saturday mornings outside without looking at CNN.(all gym tvs are mostly showing CNN)
