Now, as far as running, like Vince said be proud of what you are doing no matter what form of exercise it is, it's just that - Exercise! You are doing something to improve your health unlike many who sit night after night and either watch the tube or play video games until it's time to go beddy-bye. I suggest taking Jon's advice and joining them on their Thursday night jaunts. The BAR group are a friendly bunch and you WILL find someone to run with at your pace.
