Next Tuesday, 8/21/07, we will begin track workouts at McGill H.S. . Everyone is invited to join us for fun and adventure!
The workout starts at 6:00PM.....so try to arrive early enough to get a warmup in beforehand.
If you would like a more "personalized" workout with times geared toward your current fitness level please email me with your latest 5K race times and perhaps a brief description of what sort of mileage you've been putting in lately.....and I'll have it ready for ya.
