Just to add to Susie's directions - When you are coming off the exit ramp start crossing over to the left, quickly, in order to get into the left turn lanes that take you to Shelton Beach Rd. You don't have much distance between off ramp and traffic light to Shelton.
I believe that the off ramp offers two (2) lanes to get into for those wanting to go right. I suggest staying in the left lane of the two to make the crossing over easier.
