Yes Leif, it includes any and all activities. I have talked with several bikers (no, not the Hell's Angels) about participating. When you register on the website you will see a choice of activities. You may wish to enter once as a biker, once as a runner if you want to keep your miles seperate.

If you really want to blow Victor away, counting your biking miles as swimming miles.
