I love to run.
I love to write and I love to think.
I realize that the creativity I use with words, theories or personal philosophies may leave some people in question and so be it. Everyone has a right to there own expression.
Life is so very short and life changes so quickly.
All of us are carrying some sort of baggage that is different than all the rest.
Running is very important to me and has been since I can remember. From the days of pick and smear in the school yard in the first grade to the 3rd place finish in the 50-yard dash when only the top two were chosen for the field day team. When I learned that I love to sweat I knew that I was going to become a hard worker at something. It just so happened that distance running is the best and easiest way to push oneself to the limits of one's ability.
I take short steps and I wobble to and from but that is ok. I get tired and I hurt just as much as anyone. We all have our ups and downs in fitness and conditioning, although it is up to the individual to test oneself in a personal running program.
The Holiday Half-Marathon and the First Light Marathon are like two huge mountains waiting for me. Who Knows what will happen? All any runner can do is give his/her best and have hope.
Running is a sport. Running is a serious thing.
I am going to share a couple of submissions.
I am rewriting this material from my wall next to my computer.
check it out.
