I have no excuse for the recent abuse. I did not know that you were so ill. You must be a pretty tough cookie. I thought that you looked perfectly healthy on Saturday. I remember you talking about stomach pains saying that you did not think that it was race flutterbies (butterflies) but you looked pretty good. I hope that you have a speedy recovery. Take it easy and gradual on your return to training.
