You are invited to come to Hattiesburg, MS for a New Year's Day 12K. The event is being organized and directed by Tony Mozingo with the assistance of members of the Pine Belt Pacers. The 9:00 am start will allow time for travel for out of town participants. The official name of the event is the Steam Whistle 12K Run/Walk. It will be held on the Longleaf Trace (asphalt rails to trails) with an out and back course beginning at the Clyde Depot.
Handcrafted awards will be given in the usual age groups. Long sleeve T shirts will be provided to those registered by December 20 for a $20 entry fee. Entry forms and additional information are available at:
