"Nope, I'm conceeding this one to you, Timmy. I plan to RUN it, not RACE it. Trying to race 10 miles was a bit over my head and it tore me up pretty bad. I'm going to treat the Holiday Half as a workout. I'm planning on warming up with a 10-15 mile bike ride and running aerobic pace for the first 10 miles. If I have anything left, I'll tempo the last 5k but it will probably be too late at that point to catch you."-Leif
