Sources from the Mobile Register have learned that athletic officials from the University of Alabama were seen boarding a jet owned by the infamous Forrest Gump, who once played for the Bear and who's play was chosen back in 1962 as "Pontiac's Game Changing Performance's Play of the Year" when during a game with Arkansas, after given a handoff, he pursued up the middle and just kept run-ning and run-ning and run-ning and run-ning and......anyway, sources have confirmed that the jet took off from the back yard of Forrest's estate and is headed to Leakesville, MS to speak to a certain minister who has been quoted saying, "Hell, I'll coach 'dem boys if you'll just promise me a good salary and that I make it back home in time for Sunday morning preachin'".
