I plan on running both "The Battle of Mobile Bay" and the Joe Cain 5K as well. Trying to use it as a tune up for for the ATR, yet i'm finding it hard to just make these 5K's...lol
I need to get myself a new running partner, as the one I currently have works out of town, therefore rendering my "buddy system" that I wanted to have to encourage me to train better basically useless! :(
