I've been told I don't "promote" (translate/trash talk LOL!) Team Spiridon enough at times. My response to this is I prefer to let the team members race results do the the talking......but I can't resist "spouting" off just a bit after Saturday's ATR....

2nd Place Women Open Local: Hallie Blunck
Team Spiridon placed FOUR runners in the Men's Top Ten local division.
