Alternatively, is anyone doing long runs on Saturday mornings (preferably on the Eastern shore, but I'm open)?
I'm currently training for my first half-marathon, which will be on April 28th. I plan to transition this training into a marathon training schedule for my first marathon.
I believe by runners' standards, I am still a slow long-distance runner...meaning, I'm not up for running 10 8-9 min miles (yet!), but I am up for running 10 or more miles period, and I plan to get faster. :)
