As most know, there can be a lot (alot) of polutants in the waterways surrounding Mobile from factories and What-Not.
Could it be that instead of BBB's happening to live near water its the other way around. That is, a "normal" runner living near water (and possibly injesting more What-Not than is wise) turns into a BBB?
Just a thought.
