Just an early reminder, the Joe Cain 5k is coming up Feb. the 3rd. Race apps are out at most of your usual places. If you run from or frequent a place that you think I should get the apps into please let me know. This years charity is the Mobile Patriots Wheelchair team, they are awesome to watch play.
