Ok, sorry to seem so impish.
My favourite is rave music, hardcore techno with over 130 beats per minute. It is violent without saying so, and very energetic. Most of the time it doesn't have words. The best stuff just flows flawlessly between songs without interuption.
If you don't know what I am talking about, I will be happy to burn you one. Sometimes I throw kids in the bushes to make a point about piracy too, but that's another story.
..oh, and you can clean house to this stuff too! That's how energetic and up beat it is. Anything that can motivate me to mop has to be.
