we have two loops that we run. One is 1.15 miles and the other is 3 miles long. We usually warm up as a group with a big loop then each person or small group can do their own version of speed work (quarters, halfs, miles, 60/60's, 90/90's), tempos or continue on an easy run. Their is usually someone doing something like that which you would like to do.
