I like the courses that loop Langan Park like the old Red Cross 8K course. I enjoyed the 1st Senior Bowl run that ran from downtown to Ladd Peeble Stadium and the one that started on the St. Francis St. side of the square and ended on the Dauphin St. side of the square. I enjoy the current Old Mobile 8k course too. The Lovejoy Loop course in Prichard is neat because you run the loop 3 times and therefore know what you have left to do and splits are easier to predict as you are running.
