My favorite course is the old Holiday Half Marathon. It was originally called the Delta Dawn Half Marathon and then the Over the Bay Half Marathon. You began at the Battleship and then went down the causeway to the southern hill at Spanish Fort into Daphne and finished uphill on Captain O'Neil Drive. It made everyone hurt equally. Out of town favorite courses are definitely the Double Bridge (hills and concrete) and the Boston Marathon. Grandma's Marathon was also great and the old Crescent City that finished at the levy.
