WE all have been there:
WE experience life with hope and faith and and sometimes there is a feeling that WE are at the end of the rope. WE have to learn to pull ourselves up in this thing WE call life on earth, however it is not all that bad. WE just have to work at it. Reality is an unbelievable learning curve.
Running is a treament that WE all need to be thankful for.
WE win our own race everyday.
I will continue to move up a notch now and then as it goes because there is a positive focus in the zone that WE put ourselves in.
The Azalea Trail Run is Saturday and WE must race ourselves first, then move up accordingly as WE utilize the strength of the gift that God gave us.
