Now that you've built up that base at the ATR, come out and run the Old Mobile 8K, on 4/23. Monies go to a great cause- Penelope House- shelter for domestic violence victims (1000 in '04). This is no run thru the park but you can see some nice sites if you look around and you run under the trees.
Besides Jon, everyone comes to your race for the food!
