Leif, as his tour manager and agent, I must inform you that if you wish to address Mr. Birch to please do so correctly. That would be FBM, not FMB. Really, you all should make sure to use his full name TRFKAFBM when speaking of him but since you, Leif, are "kinda" buddies then it is okay for you to abbreviate.
