Henceforth these runners shall be referred to as the runners time forgot (or RTF in the fat belly man vernacular).
You might get slower as you age, but that doesn't mean you get slow, as these runners prove each year, and indeed, each race, as they routinely turn in times people half their age are unable to accomplish.

Special notice to Rick ofcourse, who did BBB proud on this home turf. In fairness, he did have to run it backwards (as in counterclockwise, not facing backwards) so it probably slowed him a little.
You are an AOM! (awesome old man) and I dare anyone who doubts this to look at the addition he just added to his house...by himself...200 pound beams and all. We at Bombers are a little surprised he can walk, let alone run.
