. . . TELL me about it !! I went up to Memphis for a tri last weekend. I swim 30:30 for 1500 meters, ride over 22 mph for 37k (supposed to be 40k but short) and run 43:47 on a (by MY definition) HILLY 10k course and end up 17th in my 40-44 age group. Sheesh . . . I'd have only been 3rd in the WOMEN's 40-44 age group with that. No offense intended, ladies. There were some fast women up there too. In fact, not only did the top five Clydesdales beat me, even the Athena winner beat me. Talk about perspective. It amazes me how many REALLY fit people there are in the world.
