Can someone give me any info on the 1/2 mary in Point Clear?

I know it is held in December. I'm hoping to run my first 1/2 marathon in September. The race is in Tupelo, Mississippi. But, I am interested in this race in Point Clear. Any help is much appreciated! I think its called the "Jingle Bell Half-Marathon". Thanks!
