FBM, thanks for clearing things up a little bit, as I had forgotten to mention that most people prefer to drag their dominant foot. Of course, the wear on that shoe is considerably greater, leading to self-inflicted camber and potential gait issues. By the way, loved your article in the Paceletter. After that kind of experience, running these 5Ks must seem like fetching the morning paper. Even the great Karno and the indomitable Jurek would be proud.
